An ambitious and long-term project that aims to chronicle the inspiring journeys of 32 elite young Australian athletes as they strive to achieve their dreams of competing at the 2032 Olympics.
The Olympic Experience
An immersive 10-day experience for 20 athletes at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Hosted by Olympic athletes and Olympic coaches, the all-inclusive tour aims to deliver the ultimate Olympic experience for a fortunate few.

MEET THE TEAM
Partner
Jeff Lancaster
Jeff is co-founder of 2032LAB. He is the developer of the Changefully mental performance diagnostic tool and a leading sports mindset coach. Jeff has an MBA, post-graduate qualifications in strategic leadership and qualifications in mental health.
Partner
Lee Bodimeade, OLY
Lee is co-founder of 2032LAB. He is an Olympic silver medalist and two-time Olympic head coach. Lee is also a high-performance coach with Hockey Queensland and the Queensland Academy of Sport.

Frances Carstens
Fran has a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Stanford. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Athlete Performance and Safety at the Korey Stringer Institute at the University of Connecticut.

Intern
Jade Bartholomeusz
Jade is studying a Bachelor of Business at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She is the recipient of the QUT Budding Entrepreneurship scholarship. Jade has competed in athletics, touch football, surf lifesaving and hockey, where she is a two-time national champion.
Intern
Kianna Dawson
​Kianna is studying a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with honours at the University of Queensland. She is a New Zealand representative in handball and was a member of the New Zealand Under 18 hockey development squad.
